Return Policy

Please note a valid receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.

Returned items missing packaging or accessories are subject to a restocking fee. Manufacturer Defects Warranty Policy (unless otherwise stated) - Computers and Laptops carry a 1 Year carry-in warranty - All consumer electronics carry a 90-day warranty - All other accessory items carry a 30-day warranty from date of invoice only.

Unopened print cartridges maybe returned or exchanged with invoice only. We reserved the right not  to accept opened print cartridges for warranty or exchange, unless said cartridge is proven to be a manufacturers defect.

Opened Software and computer systems registered to an end user CANNOT be returned due to licensing and Copyright laws. All branded products, Computer Systems, Tablets and Printers including ACER, LENOVO, HP, Samsung and Apple should be registered online with the manufacturers to facilitate manufacturer product warranties in event of defects.
